RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Items that are unwashed, unworn and unused in original condition (including tags in place) may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 10 days of order receipt.
If you have requested a refund we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
Roller Coaster Kids is not liable for the loss of an item being returned so we recommend that you return your item using tracked mail. 

All items sold durng Sale periods are final. We will not accept returns on Sale stock. 

PRIVACY POLICY AND SECURITY

At Roller Coaster Kids we know how important your personal information is. It is our priority to keep this safe and secure, therefore, we will not disclose, exchange or sell your details to any third parties. We do use your personal data to process your order and provide you with exceptional, personalised service.

INFORMATION COLLECTED/ PROCESSING PAYMENT

The Roller Coaster Kids website is secure and is located within a secure software server (SSL). Roller Coaster Kids uses servers to protect your personal information.

When an order is placed the information we require is your full name, address, phone number, email address and credit card details, as this allows us to process your order.

Credit cards payments are processed securely through the eWay payment gateway and National Australia Bank. We do not keep or store any credit card details on our servers.

POSTAGE AND SHIPPING POLICY

Roller Coaster Kids offers flat rate postage of $10 Australia wide. All items can be tracked and you will be notified once your purchase has been dispatched. Bulky items may incur additional postage costs. This will be mentioned in the description of the item if applicable and will be quoted based upon your delivery postcode. We do not make money off postage, our goal is to get things to you as quickly & cost effectively as possible.  

Free postage will be offered when you spend over $150.00 on full priced items and items purchased in one single transaction within Australia only.  Note: Free postage does not apply to Sale Items or Promotional campaigns unless otherwise stated.

Regular parcels may take 5-7 working days and up to 14 days for remote or regional areas.

Express Postage: If you require your items urgently we can arrange express post delivery through Australia Post. 

Up to 500g (1-2 items*) Australia Post Express Satchel is $12

Up to 3kg (3+ items*) Australia Post Express Satchel is $15

International Postage: We are happy to ship World wide. If your country of Origin is not displayed in our shipping list feel free to contact us and we can offer you a postage quote. Shipping is based on weight and is sent via Australia Post Airmail. 

International rates are as follows:

New Zealand up to 500grams (1-2 items*) $15

New Zealand 500grams - 1 kg (3-5 items*) $20

International up to 500grams/1lb (1-2 items*) $20

International 500g/1lb- 1kg/2.2lb (2-5 items*) $30

Items greater than 1kg/2.2lb will be quoted based on destination.

*Please note: item numbers are an approximation. For example one boys Winter coat may weigh over 500grams or we may be able to post 3-4 baby items for less than 500grams. If you are unsure which postage option to select at checkout please email us for a quote/guidance. If you have registered on our website your shopping cart will be saved for you to easily return to finalise any purchases. We are also happy to quote smaller items and offer reduced postage should this be applicable. 

We reserve the right to refuse a sale should inadequate postage amounts be selected at checkout.
